The Missionaries of AfricaVocations Web SitePhotographs of and from Missionaries of AfricaThe follwing are photos that have been sent to us recently. Despite the fact that this site is still developing here are some quick links to the photos. Photographs from Kenya These are photographs from the continuing troubles in Kenya showing people who had taken fled and taken shelter at the Show Ground in Nairobi. These are in three different types of presentation and can be seen by clicking the links below: Gallery One - is a framed gallery that might take sometime to load on a dial up connection. Gallery Two - is a gallery that automaticaly runs as a slide show, but can be scrolled through. No doubt this will take quite sometime to load on a dial up connection. Gallery Three - is the simplest gallery that can be scrolled through and should take the least time to load on a dial up connection. Photographs from Mozambique These photographs were sent by Fr Timotee Bationo who is the Vocations Director for Mozambique. The Gallery is a simple format and should not take too long to load. Photographs from South Africa The photographs in this gallery were sent by Frs. Didier Michon and Jan De Groef who work in Siyabuswa Parish. The Gallery is a simple format and should not take too long to load. Vocations Photographs Most of these photographs were taken at a vocations meeting in Pretoria, South Africa, in December 2007. They show the Vocations Directors and others who attended the meeting. It was there that it was decided to establish this web site. The Gallery is in a simple format and should load quite fast. I am interested in your reactions to the photographs and to the three gallery formats used for the Kenyan pictures. If you have any comments please send them to me. Thanks, Bill Turnbull MAfr. |
